By Keyword

Reply to comments on a specific post based on the keywords they contain.

Setup

1. Open the Live Content menu, select Content, then click the Automation button.

   

2. Enter your keywords paired with response text. There's no limit on the number of keywords.

   

3. Click Save to activate the automation.

Default response

You can leave the keyword field blank and only fill in the response text to create a default response for when no keyword matches.
