By Opening (Button Message)

Send a message with quick-reply buttons and follow up when the user interacts, for a specific post.

Setup

1. Open the Live Content menu, select Content, then click the Automation button.

   

2. Configure your message sequence:

   • First Message: sent when the user adds a comment.
   • Additional Message (optional): inserted between the first and follow-up messages, if enabled.
   • Follow-up Message: sent when the user taps the button on the first message.

   

3. Click Save to activate the workflow.
