By Opening (Button Message)

Send a message with quick-reply buttons and follow up when the user interacts.

Setup

1. Open the Account Integration menu, click the three dots (⋮) next to your account, then choose Set Automation.

   

2. Configure your message sequence:

   • First Message: sent when the user leaves a comment.
   • Additional Message (optional): inserted between the first and follow-up messages, if enabled.
   • Follow-up Message: sent when the user taps the button on the first message.

   

3. Click Save to activate the workflow.

This creates a three-stage flow: initial response → optional intermediate message → follow-up triggered by the button.
