By Keyword

Reply with a specific response based on the keywords in a comment.

Setup

1. Open the Account Integration menu, click the three dots (⋮) next to your account, then choose Set Automation.

   

2. Enter keywords paired with response text to customize answers based on keywords. There's no limit on the number of keywords.

   

3. Click Save to activate the automation.

Default response

You can leave the keyword field empty and only provide response text. This creates a default reply for when no keywords match.
