Let AI generate contextual replies to comments on a specific post.

Prerequisite

Before using this type, make sure you have set up AI in the AI menu.

Setup

1. Open the Live Content menu, select Content, then click the Automation button.

   

2. Write a prompt so the AI can respond to comments appropriately.

   

3. Optionally include context like product details to improve response quality.

4. Click Save to activate the automation.
