Let AI generate contextual replies to comments.

Prerequisite

Before using this type, make sure you have set up AI in the AI menu.

Setup

1. Open the Account Integration menu, click the three dots (⋮) next to your account, then choose Set Automation.

   

2. Write a prompt with instructions for how the AI should respond to comments.

   

3. Add context such as product details, applications, or any related information so the AI's responses are better and more relevant.

4. Click Save to activate the automation.
