Let AI craft a natural direct message in response to comments.

Prerequisite

Before using this type, make sure you have set up AI in the AI menu.

Setup

1. Open the Account Integration menu, click the three dots (⋮) next to your account, then choose Set Automation.

   

2. Write a prompt that guides the AI in responding appropriately.

   

3. Add context such as product details, applications, or related information to improve response quality and relevance.

4. Click Save to launch the automation.
