By Keyword

Send a direct message only when a comment on a specific post contains certain keywords.

Setup

1. Open the Live Content menu, select Content, then click the Automation button.

   

2. Enter your keywords and corresponding response messages. There's no limit on the number of keyword-response pairs.

   

3. Click Save to activate the automation.

Default response

You can leave the keyword field blank and fill in the response text to create a default response for when no keyword matches.
