Let AI generate contextual replies to incoming direct messages.

Prerequisite

Before using this type, make sure you have set up AI in the AI menu.

Setup

1. Open the Account Integration menu, click the three dots (⋮) next to your account, then choose Set Automation.

   

2. Write a prompt that guides the AI in responding appropriately.

   

3. Optionally include relevant details, such as product information, applications, or other context, to improve response quality.

4. Click Save to launch the automation.
