Reply Comment posts a public reply to new comments, using fixed text, keyword rules, or AI.

Modes ​

Text ​

Every comment gets the same reply. Use {name} and {Hi|Hello} to make replies feel personal and varied:

{Hi|Hello|Hey} {name}, thanks for stopping by! 🙏

Keyword ​

Pair keywords with replies. When a comment contains a keyword, Repliz replies with the text paired with it.

  • Leave the keyword empty to set a default reply for comments that match no keyword. Without a default reply, those comments get no reply.
  • If a comment matches several keywords, the first one in your list wins.
  • Turn on Exact Match to reply only when the whole comment equals the keyword.

AI ​

Write a prompt that tells the AI how to reply, for example your tone, what you sell, and what to avoid. Turn on Include Content as Context to give the AI the post's caption and details, so it can answer questions about that post.

AI mode needs an AI provider. See Using AI.

Options ​

These options are available in Text and AI mode:

  • Keyword Matching: reply only to comments that contain one of your keywords.
  • Keyword Exception: never reply to comments that contain one of your keywords, for example spam or a competitor's name. Exceptions are checked before Keyword Matching.
  • Delay: wait 10 to 60 seconds before replying.

Each keyword list has its own Exact Match switch. See Extra options for how matching works.

Set it up ​

  1. Open the automation settings for an account or a post.
  2. Turn on Reply Comment.
  3. Choose Text, Keyword, or AI, and fill in the reply, keyword pairs, or prompt.
  4. Optionally turn on Keyword Matching, Keyword Exception, Include Content as Context, or Delay.
  5. Click Save.

Good to know ​

  • After Repliz replies, the comment is marked as resolved in Comment.
  • On YouTube, comments are checked every 30 minutes, and Delay doesn't apply.
  • Every reply is logged in Report.
