Schedule Specifications

What you can schedule to each platform, and the rules Repliz applies when you create a scheduled post. Open a platform page for its media requirements, text limits, and extra options.

Rules for every schedule

• Text posts need a caption. Link posts need a URL.

• Stories have no caption.

• An album needs at least 2 items. The maximum depends on the platform:

• Thread replies (posting a chain of replies under your post) are available only when every selected account is Threads or X.

Scheduling to several accounts at once

When you select accounts from different platforms in one schedule, the strictest limit among them applies:

• Caption length: the lowest limit wins. For example, selecting an X account limits the caption to 280 characters, and a Shopee account to 150, for every account in the schedule.
• Album size: the smallest maximum wins. Selecting an X account limits the album to 4 items.
• Mixed albums: photos and videos can be mixed only when every selected account is Instagram, Threads, or X.

If you want a longer caption or a bigger album for one platform, create a separate schedule for it.
