Get Contact

GEThttps://api.repliz.com/public/contact

Retrieve a paginated list of contacts. Everyone who comments on or sends a message to a connected account becomes a contact automatically, and the contact is updated with every new comment or message. Comments and messages from the same platform ID share one contact; when a platform uses different IDs for comments and messages (Facebook and Instagram usually do), they stay separate contacts.

Parameters

Parameter	Type	Required	Description
page	number	Yes	Page to return, starting from 1. Contacts are sorted by the latest interaction, or by the nearest follow-up when followUp is set.
limit	number	Yes	Items per page, from 1 to 100, for example 20. The response says how many pages there are in totalPages.
stage	string	No	Funnel stage: new, contacted, interested, won, or lost. Every stage when left out.
search	string	No	Matches the contact name or note, case-insensitive.
tag	string	No	Only contacts that have this tag, exactly as listed by Get Contact Tag. Every tag when left out.
followUp	string	No	scheduled for contacts with a follow-up, due for follow-ups whose time has passed. Every contact when left out.
accountIds	array	No	Only contacts of these accounts, as _ids from Get Account. Send each one as accountIds[]=ID, which is what Axios does with an array. All accounts when left out.

Funnel Stages

Stage	Meaning
new	Every new contact starts here.
contacted	You reached out to them.
interested	They showed interest, for example by asking for a price.
won	They bought, or the deal closed.
lost	They decided not to.
